Position Overview
We're seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our part-time remote team. As a part-time remote employee, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our members have an outstanding entertainment experience. This is a perfect role for individuals with excellent communication skills, a passion for customer satisfaction, and the flexibility to work from home.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone: Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate and helpful solutions to their issues.
- Provide effective troubleshooting for account, billing, and streaming issues: Use your problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues related to account, billing, and streaming, ensuring that our members have a seamless entertainment experience.
- Guide members through Netflix's features and ensure an optimal user experience: Educate our members on the features and benefits of our service, ensuring that they get the most out of their subscription.
- Document and track customer interactions using internal systems: Accurately document and track customer interactions, providing valuable insights for process improvements and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to solve problems and suggest service improvements: Work closely with your team to resolve complex issues and suggest improvements to our service, ensuring that we continue to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
- Residency: Must be based in the United States.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience:
- 1+ years of experience in customer service, help desk, or related field (preferred).
- Familiarity with streaming platforms or technology support (a plus).
- Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- Problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Empathy and patience when addressing customer concerns.
- Comfortable using technology and navigating multiple systems simultaneously.
