About the Role

As a Work-From-Home Sales & Customer Support Representative for arenaflex, you will play a critical role in assisting callers with planning and booking trips, as well as handling questions and other requests. Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing accurate and timely information about arenaflex's products and services

  • Assist customers with planning and booking trips, including answering questions about itineraries, pricing, and promotions
  • Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner, resolving issues to the customer's satisfaction
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, promoting arenaflex's products and services to customers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date on arenaflex's products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers

Essential Qualifications:

* 1+ year of experience in customer service or sales, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Strong product knowledge and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting or exceeding sales targets and customer satisfaction goals
  • Proficiency in using technology, including CRM software and other tools to manage customer interactions
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a call center or customer service environment

  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
  • Certification in customer service or sales, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Sales Professional (CSP)
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate with customers in multiple languages
