About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric individual to join our Customer Support team as a Live Chat Support Specialist. Responsibilities
- Respond to Customer Inquiries and Provide Support through Live Chat: You will be the primary point of contact for customers seeking assistance through our live chat platform. - Assist Customers with Product Information, Troubleshooting, and Order Processing: You will provide accurate and up-to-date information about arenaflex's products and services, troubleshoot issues, and assist customers with order processing and other related tasks.
