What You Will Do

As a remote Customer Service Representative, you will:

• Provide exceptional customer support via inbound and outbound calls, as well as through the internet
• Assist customers in resolving basic technical issues
• Follow, document, and retrieve information from databases
• Maintain a deep understanding of our clients' products and services, including smartphones, tablets, computers, and portable devices
• Recommend additional products and services
• Deliver expert customer experiences... with a smile!

Your Qualifications

Your skills, integrity, knowledge, and genuine compassion will bring value and success to every customer interaction. The other qualifications for our remote Customer Service Representative role include:

• Associate's degree, Bachelor's degree, or technical certification
• Ability to speak fluently in French and English
• Ability to read, write, and speak fluently in French and English
• 1+ year of customer service experience
• High school diploma or GED
• A quiet and distraction-free home environment
• Rapid multitasking skills
• Desire to learn new technologies
• Solid computer navigation skills and knowledge of computers
• A desktop or laptop computer for PC and internet testing; a work computer may be provided, but is not guaranteed (will be discussed in detail with a recruiter)
• High-speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone
