Responsibilities
As a Customer Experience Specialist, your main responsibility is to find innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing Customer Support: Offer exceptional customer service via telephone and/or Internet, including instant message, email, and other digital channels.
- Handling Customer Inquiries: Resolve simple and basic support issues, such as address changes, processing orders, warranty or billing/payment, and escalate more complex issues to the appropriate Product Support Specialist.
- Troubleshooting: Identify the root cause of customer problems and use tools and resources to determine how to resolve customer problems.
- Escalation: When unable to resolve problems in a reasonable amount of time, escalate to the appropriate resource and follow up on escalated issues with coaching and mentoring to learn the appropriate solution and expand overall knowledge.
- Tracking and Documentation: Track and document inbound support requests and ensure proper notation of customer problems or issues.
- Customer Information Updates: Update customer information and ensure accurate entry of contact information.
- Quality Standards: Meet standards of job, including quality standards, adherence to schedule, and average handle time.
- Mentoring and Guidance: Provide guidance and/or mentoring to less experienced associates as needed.
- Other Related Duties: Perform other related duties assigned as needed.
Qualifications

- Have Excellent Communication Skills: Possess strong oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and management.

- Stay Composed and Objective: Maintain a calm and composed demeanor in high-pressure situations.

To work from home, you must:
- Meet Internet Requirements: Ensure a minimum subscribed download rate of 15.0 Mbps and a minimum subscribed upload rate of 5.0 Mbps.
- Have a Clean and Quiet Workspace: Provide a dedicated workspace that is free from distractions and interruptions.
- Meet Other Requirements: Ensure your internet connection meets the required specifications, including no packet loss and ping under 50ms.
