Job Summary:

As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for reviewing and correcting eligibility records to ensure they align with our enrollment package records. This role involves working with shared mailboxes, resolving issues from various regions, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to resolve problems efficiently. Your attention to detail, analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities will be essential in delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

* Review and correct eligibility records to ensure accuracy and consistency with enrollment package records

• Resolve issues from various regions, including shared mailboxes and work queues
• Analyze and reconcile eligibility records among systems to identify discrepancies
• Monitor and track records to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve problems and improve processes
• Develop and maintain knowledge of arenaflex's healthcare data management systems and processes

Essential Qualifications:

* 1-2 years of experience in data analysis and entry, preferably in a healthcare setting

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, MS Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Project
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in healthcare data management, with knowledge of relevant regulations and standards

• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHRs) and healthcare information systems
