Responsibilities As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, interacting with our customers in a kind and beneficial manner to craft memorable experiences and build customer loyalty. Your key responsibilities will include: * Interacting with Customers: Provide exceptional service to our domestic and international customers in our lobbies and at gates, supporting them with ticketing, luggage, and other travel-related needs. * Problem-Solving: Resolve customer travel issues and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner, ensuring a positive experience for our customers. * Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve success, share knowledge, and implement new processes and technologies. * Safety and Security: Maintain a strong sense of responsibility and safety mentality, ensuring the well-being of yourself and your colleagues. * Adaptability: Navigate challenges and adapt to changing situations, maintaining composure and professionalism in the face of customer frustration. Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: * High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a minimum of 18 years of age. * Computer and Technology Skills: Comfortable working with computers, mobile devices, and new technologies. * Physical Ability: Ability to stand and walk for an 8-hour shift, carry and handle luggage, and meet airport requirements for badging. * Legally Authorized to Work: Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. * Attendance and Uniform Requirements: Ability to meet the company's attendance requirements and uniform and appearance standards.
