Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative - Phone Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You'll be the face of our company, and your passion for delivering excellent customer experiences will make all the difference. Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer support via phone, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Gather customer information, assess and fulfill customer needs, and educate customers where applicable to solve their concerns on the initial call
- Work in a fast-paced environment, handling high-volume inquiries and making decisions quickly
- Utilize customer service software and tech applications, such as Microsoft Office/Teams, SABA, and Ultipro
- Collaborate with the Customer Service Operations team to achieve customer satisfaction goals
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and arenaflex's products and services
Essential Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience in a call center or help desk capacity, with financial service experience strongly preferred
- Ability to simultaneously navigate multiple systems and computer screens while engaging a customer over the phone
- Proficient in customer services software and tech applications, such as Microsoft Office/Teams, SABA, and Ultipro
- Ability to handle high-volume inquiries in a fast-paced environment
- Open-minded and adaptable with a willingness to learn new skills and change
- Strong decision-making and analytical abilities
- Ability to troubleshoot customer issues over the telephone
- Strong detail orientation and communication/listening skills
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent required
Preferred Qualifications
* Bilingual English and Spanish is highly preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Familiarity with financial services industry and regulations

Start Date and Training Schedule
The start date for this position is February 3, 2025. You'll be required to attend a mandatory training schedule, which will include six weeks of classroom and nesting training. During this time, you'll be required to be on camera with business casual professional attire.
Shifts and Availability
Shifts are available from 1pm to 12am EST, with weekends varying. You'll be required to work Saturday or Sunday of each week, with one other day off during the week. Shifts are primarily 9 hours in length, with a 1-hour unpaid lunch.
Internet Requirements
You'll need to have high-speed internet and a dedicated workspace in your home. You'll be required to run an internet-speed test to show internet speeds, with typical requirements of 12.5 MBps download and 20-25 MBps upload.
