Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and organized Part-Time Weekend / Night Shift Customer Service Associate to join our team. As a dispatcher, you'll be responsible for answering after-hours phone calls, scheduling appointments, and providing exceptional customer service to our customers in the West Berlin, NJ area. Key Responsibilities

* Answer after-hours phone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a prompt and professional manner

  • Schedule appointments with customers and on-call technicians
  • Maintain accurate and organized records, including documenting services and tracking account changes
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers feel valued and supported
  • Assist with miscellaneous office duties as needed, including answering customer questions and scheduling appointments
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve customer satisfaction and service excellence
