Licensed Therapist (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) – 1099 Contractor | Telehealth & In-Person | Medicaid Credentialed | Start-Up Practice We are a growing start-up behavioral health practice seeking independently licensed clinicians (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT) to join our team as 1099 independent contractors. Providers will receive steady client referrals and have the flexibility to provide telehealth and/or in-person outpatient therapy services.

Compensation

  • Fee-for-service pay per completed session
  • Based on insurance reimbursement received
  • No caps on earning potential

Requirements

  • Active Georgia license: LPC, LCSW, or LMFT
  • Medicaid credentialed or actively credentialing
  • Must have FEIN / Tax ID for 1099 contracting (required)
  • Professional liability insurance required
  • Ability to work independently

Responsibilities

  • Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy services
  • Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation (progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries)
  • Maintain compliance with Medicaid, insurance payers, and ethical licensing board standards
  • Manage own schedule, caseload, and session availability independently
  • Participate in client care coordination and referral collaboration as needed
  • Ensure all services are delivered in accordance with HIPAA and confidentiality requirements
