Freelance CPR & BLS Instructor — Contract (1099) This is an independent contractor opportunity, not an employee position. Please read the full post before applying. Certified in CPR or BLS instruction? We want to work with you. Nation's Best CPR partners with credentialed instructors to deliver community-based courses. You set your own schedule and work on a contract basis — no fixed hours. Getting started is fast. Many contractors complete onboarding within just a few days of applying. To teach company-assigned classes, you'll need your own equipment:
- 4 adult manikins
- 4 infant manikins
- 4 AED trainers
- 4 limb trainers (pool noodles work)
Please note: We do not cover the cost of instructor certification, bridging courses, or equipment. Don't have the full kit yet? No problem. You can begin teaching your own smaller classes right away and once you've built up your equipment to the full set, you'll be eligible to take on our assigned classes.
