S/4 HANA Reporting Business Lead
• *We can't work with 3rd party vendors or provide sponsorship for this role** Job Type: Contract Duration: 1+ Year Location: Remote working EST hours with travel to NC as needed Overview: Our client is undergoing a large-scale digital transformation, migrating from on-premise SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA while modernizing enterprise reporting and consolidation platforms. They are seeking an experienced SAP Reporting Business Lead to drive the reporting and analytics strategy across the transformation program. This role will serve as the key functional leader responsible for defining the future-state reporting architecture, aligning business requirements with SAP analytics capabilities, and leading reporting transformation initiatives across SAP S/4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), and SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC).
Key Responsibilities
- Own and lead the enterprise reporting strategy across SAP S/4HANA, SAC, and BDC
- Define and drive the future-state reporting architecture and analytics roadmap
- Partner with business stakeholders to align reporting and analytics needs with SAP tool capabilities
- Lead reporting transformation initiatives tied to the SAP S/4HANA migration
- Collaborate cross-functionally with business, finance, IT, and data teams
- Ensure scalable, efficient, and business-driven reporting solutions
- Provide leadership and guidance on SAP reporting best practices and governance
Requirements
- Strong experience as an SAP Reporting Business Lead or similar role
- Hands-on SAP S/4HANA reporting experience required
- Deep understanding of SAP reporting, analytics, and data architecture
- Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC)
- Proven ability to lead enterprise reporting transformation initiatives
- Strong stakeholder management and business-facing communication skills
- Experience supporting SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA migration programs preferred
