Performance Marketing Manager (Google Ads / PPC) – Multi-Location Lead Generation
Building the Performance Engine Behind a National Brand We are seeking a high-level Performance Marketing / PPC operator to help architect and scale a multi-location lead generation engine. This is not a “manage some ad accounts” role. This is a strategic and hands-on position responsible for building the performance infrastructure behind a growing national brand. What You’ll Own
- Architect, launch, and scale Google Ads and Local Services Ads (LSA) campaigns across dozens of markets
- Drive qualified lead generation, with a focus on revenue—not just volume
- Build and optimize multi-location campaign structures that scale efficiently
- Develop attribution models across GA4, CRM systems, and HubSpot
- Translate performance data into actionable growth strategies
- Replace fragmented agency workflows with streamlined, in-house systems
- Continuously test, iterate, and optimize for cost efficiency and ROI
What We’re Looking For
- Deep expertise in Google Ads and Local Services Ads at scale
- Proven experience in multi-location or franchise marketing environments
- Strong understanding of lead quality, attribution, and revenue tracking
- Hands-on experience with GA4, CRM integrations, and HubSpot reporting
- Ability to scale campaigns across multiple markets without performance degradation
