  • *Key Responsibilities**

As a Spanish Bilingual Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls with a high level of professionalism and customer service
  • Managing customer accounts and providing technical support to resolve issues and answer questions
  • Entering application data accurately and efficiently
  • Responding to online chat inquiries as assigned
  • Interpreting and following defined procedures and policies
  • Utilizing creative problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues
  • Managing time and tasks effectively, prioritizing multiple projects and updates
  • Completing extensive self-study, training, and testing to ensure eligibility for certifications and promotions
  • Adhering to regulated guidelines for communications via all channels
  • *Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Moderate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • A high level of comfort learning new technology and adapting to changing projects and updates
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
  • A high level of professionalism, with a strong focus on customer service and satisfaction
  • Comfort working from home and managing your time effectively
  • Self-motivation and a drive for success, with a willingness to learn and grow with the company
  • *Preferred Experience**

While not required, previous experience in customer support or technical support roles is a plus. Additionally, experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, the Affordable Care Act, or CRM systems and practices can be beneficial. Spanish Bilingual skills are also highly valued, but not required.
