Product Owner – Digital Enablement

Job Description:

  • Manage and prioritize a backlog of epics, user stories, and defects to detail development topics
  • Work with stakeholders across the organization to ensure stories match business needs
  • Champion the team in building high-quality solutions that meet customer needs
  • Identify business needs/define requirements for product features through the development of user stories
  • Effectively present product ideas, strategies, and designs to stakeholders
  • Coordinate releases in conjunction with development and quality control
  • Create and maintain prioritized and detailed work item backlogs which accurately reflect customer and business priorities
  • Provide clear visibility of progress towards completion of assigned projects
  • Validate new features with stakeholders
  • Contribute to long-term roadmaps and overall release planning
  • Participate in applicable professional, technical, and career development training.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, related discipline, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in product management or similar technical role within a software development environment
  • Certified Scrum Product Owner preferred
  • Hands-on experience working with Scrum teams to refine backlogs, write user stories, participate in sprint ceremonies, and support release planning in an Agile environment.
  • Product ownership experience for Salesforce technologies (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ/Revenue Cloud, integrations) strongly preferred.
