Senior HRIS Analyst – Benefits, Absence
Job Description:
- Partners with HR management and customers to analyze work process design and flow
- Manages projects/process improvements in HR and business objectives
- Acts as work-stream lead in projects and issue resolution
- Evaluates existing HR Management System functionalities
- Performs system maintenance and assists in HRMS system upgrades
- Provides production support for HRMS to end users
- Manages day-to-day operations of the HRIS team
- Develops standard reports for ongoing customer needs
- Trains clients and new system users on new processes/functionality
Requirements:
- Six (6) plus years of experience in human resource, payroll, HR and Payroll Systems Management
- Experience in relational databases
- Extensive knowledge of HRMS Human Resource/Payroll Management System
- Proficient in report writing using tools such as Crystal, Business Objects, and SQL
- Time tracking system management, UKG experience highly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology or related field
- Master’s degree preferred
- PMP or HRIP or SHRM certification preferred
