  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand event objectives, themes, and requirements, ensuring all details align with their vision.
  • Develop comprehensive event plans covering logistics, venue selection, catering, entertainment, and décor, maintaining strict adherence to budgets.
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors, venues, caterers, and entertainment providers to secure the best value and quality for each event.
  • Coordinate all aspects of event setup, including venue layout, catering arrangements, audiovisual needs, and guest accommodations.
  • Oversee event marketing efforts to promote attendance through social media campaigns, invitations, and outreach initiatives.
  • Manage on-site event operations to ensure smooth execution, including guest registration, customer service support, and troubleshooting unforeseen issues.
  • Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback for continuous improvement and build strong relationships for future collaborations. Header: Skills
  • Proven experience in event planning and management within hospitality or restaurant environments is highly desirable.
  • Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms with vendors and venues.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills to coordinate multiple stakeholders efficiently.
  • Expertise in budgeting, contracts management, catering coordination, and banquet operations.
  • Ability to multitask effectively while managing time-sensitive deadlines in fast-paced settings.
  • Knowledge of event marketing strategies to maximize attendance and engagement.
  • Customer service orientation with a friendly demeanor that enhances guest experiences.

  • Social Media Branding - Helping content creation, social media engagement, trend monitoring and Branding strategy.

Qualifications**-

  • *Education & Experience** - Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Event Management, or a related field. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in event coordination, preferably within hospitality and travel management sectors.
  • *Skills** -

Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail. - Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and event management software.

  • *Languages** - Fluent in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Spanish and/or French is a plus.
