Datacenter Engineering Principal Telecom Engineer

Are you an experienced datacenter engineer with a passion for telecom and an interest in working at Microsoft? We’re searching for a Datacenter Engineering Principal Telecom Engineer to join our team and help us develop innovative solutions. You’ll need a combination of technical knowledge and a customer-centric focus to be successful in this role. If you have a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and at least 8 years of experience in datacenter engineering, telecom, and related fields, we want to hear from you.We’re looking for someone who is driven and passionate about their work, but also someone who is customer-focused and can think creatively to develop innovative solutions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to collaborate effectively with a variety of stakeholders. Responsibilities: Collaborate effectively with stakeholders to develop innovative solutions Maintain knowledge of current trends in datacenter engineering, telecom, and related fields Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues Develop and implement technical solutions to meet customer needs Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement Create and maintain technical documentation Monitor customer feedback and develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction Provide technical support and training to other datacenter engineering staff Microsoft is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
