Calf feeder/farm help
*Job Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Farm Help to assist with daily farm operations and animal care. The ideal candidate will bring enthusiasm and a strong work ethic to contribute to the farm’s success.
- Duties*
• Assist with feeding, watering, and caring for calves ensuring their health and comfort. The majority of your time will be spent preparing bottles and bottle-feeding calves.
- Manage animal husbandry duties such as administering basic health checks and handling animals safely using proper techniques.
- Assist with general farm chores.
- Qualifications*
• Prior experience on a farm or agricultural setting is preferred, but not necessary.
- Hands-on animal husbandry skills with experience caring for livestock such as calves.
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations for feed rations.
- Physical ability for heavy lifting and performing manual labor outdoors in varying weather conditions.
