Revenue Specialist (Hotel RMS System- Opera PMS)
REMOTE is OK Role: Hotel Revenue Management Coordinator Type: Remote / Contract role Chicago based client is looking for an RMS Learning Facilitator (Global) to support enterprise-wide deployment, adoption, and training of Revenue Management systems across global hotel operations. Must have: SynXis CRS and Opera Cloud PMS knowledge (mandatory) MUST HAVE SKILLS::
- 2+ years minimum experience in hotel revenue management coordinator or facilitator role
- Strong hands-on experience with IDeaS G3, Optix, RevPlan (implementation + user + training experience)
- Strong hands-on experience with SynXis CRS and Opera Cloud PMS (mandatory)
- Proven background in hotel revenue management systems and reservation systems
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Deliver global training sessions for revenue management systems (IDeaS, SynXis, Optix, RevPlan, Opera Cloud PMS)
- Develop and maintain training documentation, SOPs, and learning content
- Support hotel onboarding and system adoption processes
- Coordinate implementation checklists and readiness assessments
- Track training completion, engagement, and system adoption metrics
- Work directly with hotel teams across multiple regions to ensure successful system usage
- Provide ongoing facilitation support and troubleshooting guidance
- Collaborate with Global Revenue Management Training & Operations teams
- Adapt training materials based on evolving system updates and business needs
