What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Establish intake mechanisms for insights requests across multiple business units
- Build and maintain prioritization frameworks to align work with team and organizational goals
- Create and manage project tracking systems that provide clear visibility into work
- Lead execution of complex, cross-functional projects
- Partner with stakeholders to assess shared service needs and improve operational processes
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, program management, or operations
- Proven experience leading cross-functional work across multiple teams
- Strong capabilities in building and improving processes, systems, and workflows
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Proficiency with project tracking tools such as Airtable, Asana, Jira, or similar
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience in gaming, entertainment, or digital publishing
- Familiarity with insights or research teams
- Background in supporting shared services or centralized operations teams
- Experience in building or supporting Communities of Practice
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies or similar ways of working
