Adjunct Lecturer - Philosophy

Department: Philosophy Position Summary SUNY Geneseo seeks applicants for anticipated part-time temporary adjunct faculty openings. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis and applicants will be contacted as needed. Teach undergraduate courses in Philosophy and Western Humanities. Possible courses include:

• PHIL 100 Introduction to Philosophy
• HUMN 220 Western Humanities I
• HUMN 221 Western Humanities II
• INTD 105 First Year Writing Seminar

Required Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• Master's degree or higher in Philosophy or a related humanities discipline.
• Must demonstrate a commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive teaching environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Teaching experience at the undergraduate level.
