Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative and Remote Data Entry Clerk to join our team. As a key member of our remote team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, performing data entry tasks, and supporting our data management functions. Key Responsibilities

* Perform data entry in EMR systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency

  • Prepare information for data entry, including reviewing and confirming data before entry
  • Provide entry-level support for the data entry function, including training new employees on computer systems
  • Perform high-volume data entry work, including typing, faxing, and deleting data entry mistakes and getting in corrections
  • Maintain data entry requirements by following data program strategies and ensuring timely data entry and file management
  • Operate data entry devices to perform a range of keypunching data entry and verification tasks
  • Review and confirm data before entry, ensuring accuracy and quality
  • Perform daily audits and data entry adjustments to ensure data integrity
  • Collaborate with dealers to ensure data entry is accurate and up-to-date
  • Train new data entry employees on computer systems and data entry procedures

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree or formal education not necessary

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in data entry software and systems
  • Ability to learn new skills and adapt to changing requirements
  • Reliable computer, mobile phone, or laptop and secure internet connection required

* Experience in data entry, customer service, or a related field

  • Familiarity with EMR systems and data management software
