Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative I, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing proactive support to ensure seamless interactions. Your exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to think critically will enable you to develop creative solutions to complex problems, ensuring our customers receive the best possible experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Validate the ship-to and replenishment locations of orders with sales and operations partners to ensure accurate delivery and billing.
- Enter PO (Bill Only, Ship and Bills, GHX, and other future EDI platforms) data with precision, identifying and addressing any inaccuracies or discrepancies.
- Verify the accuracy of incoming surgery product usage cases, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Provide exceptional phone support to sales and healthcare professionals, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, documenting details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
- Proactively update customers on order status to expedite the billing process.
- Collaborate with the Sales Department to provide answers to questions generated by telephone, email, and fax, researching responses as needed.
- Develop relationships with hospital billing specialists, supporting surgery product usage questions and accelerating the billing process by collecting purchase orders and clarifying discrepancies.
- Assist Sales Reps in resolving product usage pricing or discrepancies.
What You Need
* High School Diploma or GED
- Two (2) years' relevant work experience
- Experience as an account representative or in a similar customer-facing role
- Proficiency in Oracle (preferred)
