Job Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Representative / Contact Center Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Telephone Support: Provide professional, caring, and responsive telephone support to our customers, ensuring that their questions are answered completely and their issues are resolved efficiently. Log all contacts, including information and resolution achieved, in our ticketing system.
- E-mail & Chat Support: Respond to and complete all assigned messages or contacts in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that all customer questions and issues are addressed in the reply. Properly enter customer information and resolution in the appropriate ticketing system.
- Skill Improvement: Continuously strive to improve your cognitive and customer service skills, including proficiency with supported products, demonstrated problem-solving ability, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Stay up-to-date with support resources provided by the contact center and its clients.
- Communication: Provide feedback on support issues, resolutions, or suggestions to your immediate supervisor or department manager. Communicate trends, issues, and appropriate solutions to supervisors and management.
- Support Coworkers: Provide procedural advice and assistance to other representatives to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
- Client Relationships: Help maintain and ensure positive working relationships with our support clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Productivity and Accuracy: Maintain departmental productivity standards while exhibiting accuracy in our ticketing system.

Required Education and Skills
* High School or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

- Aptitude for Providing Superior Customer Care: An aptitude for providing superior customer care, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Dependability, Adaptability, and Flexibility: Must exhibit dependability, adaptability, and flexibility in a fast-paced customer service environment.
- Basic Math Skills: Basic math skills to accurately process customer transactions and resolve issues.
