About Unifyed: Unifyed provides software and services that support student lifecycle management including, customer relationship management system, student information system, student engagement, student retention and enterprise resource planning systems to over 200 colleges and universities. Role Summary
- The President will lead the turnaround, stabilization, and growth of Unifyed. This executive must be a hands-on operator with strong SaaS, Higher Education, and enterprise sales experience. The role requires balancing strategic vision with day-to-day execution, with full ownership of revenue, product, and operations.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Strategy:
- Define and execute turnaround strategy
- Partner closely with Board
- Drive accountability and performance culture
Commercial (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success):
- Own revenue engine and pipeline
- Improve retention and expansion
- Rebuild sales execution discipline
Product & Technology:
- Lead 2026 product migration
- Align roadmap to market needs
- Oversee Product, Engineering, DevOps
Operations & Financial:
- Own P&L
- Drive forecasting and KPI rigor
- Improve organizational efficiency
Talent:
- Build and upgrade leadership team
- Instill accountability and performance culture
Requirements: A . Bachelor's Degree Required; Advanced Master’s Degree strongly preferred. B . Proven track record of Sales & Business Development Operations in a fast-scaling technology company. Knowledge of cloud-based SaaS experience is required. C. Seniority: 10+ years of leadership experience. D . Ability to lead the Company through the transition from early stage to mature stage. Desire to work in a dynamic start-up, and be effective resolving ambiguities. Must be able to transition seamlessly from strategic level vision creation to day-to-day tactical operations. Must have sharp focus to end goals. E . Experience building teams from scratch or scaling organizations is a must. F . Ability to think creatively and be resourceful. G . Demonstrated ability to set priorities, be flexible and manage multiple projects simultaneously. H . High intellectual capacity, particularly in an analytical and strategic context. I . Strong problem solving and creative skills, and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses. J . Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from clients and customers. K . Strong PC and business systems knowledge. L. Excellent interpersonal skill

Qualifications:
