Job Overview
As a Live Chat Agent, you'll be the primary point of contact for our online community, providing exceptional customer service and support through live chat interactions. This is a remote position, offering the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home. You'll have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients, resolving customer complaints and concerns in a courteous and efficient manner.
Responsibilities

- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on our products and services.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to provide expert-level support to our clients.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve shared goals and objectives.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our customer support services.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
* First Response Time (FRT): Respond to live chat inquiries within 30 seconds.
- Resolution Rate: Resolve customer complaints and concerns within 1 hour.
- Customer Satisfaction (CSAT): Achieve a CSAT score of 90% or higher.
- Quality Metrics: Meet or exceed quality metrics, including accuracy and completeness of responses.
Qualifications
* Entry-level candidates with a passion for customer service are encouraged to apply.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or degree preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
