  • Assisting with Package Tracking: You'll help customers track their packages, troubleshoot issues, and find solutions to their problems.
  • Documenting and Resolving Issues: You'll document and resolve issues efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining a high level of service quality.
  • Collaborating with Team Members: You'll work closely with team members to escalate concerns and ensure that customers receive the best possible support.
