Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Care Professional, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to individuals navigating beneficiary claims, demonstrating empathy, and understanding while gathering relevant information
  • Building rapport with callers from diverse backgrounds, navigating multiple systems, and presenting complex solutions in a clear and concise manner
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and skills
  • Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, embracing change, and driving innovation in a fast-paced work environment

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience; post-secondary education is preferred
  • Customer service, financial services, or insurance experience; recent college graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Ability to navigate complex customer interactions from support through to resolution
  • Empathy and understanding when discussing sensitive topics, such as death claims
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse callers
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, welcoming change and contributing to continuous improvement

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Experience with beneficiary claims or similar customer service roles
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services, including annuities, health insurance, life insurance, mutual funds, and beneficiary claims

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

As an Experienced Customer Care Professional, you'll enjoy a competitive base salary of $25.00/hour ($52,000/year), with opportunities for bonuses and incentives. arenaflex offers a comprehensive benefits package, including:

Pay Transparency

arenaflex is committed to providing market-competitive compensation programs to attract, reward, and retain top talent. The applicable salary or hourly wage range for this full-time role is $19.41 - $26.26 per hour, which factors in various geographic regions. The base pay actually offered will be determined by a variety of factors, including location, relevant experience, skills, and knowledge, business needs, market demand, and other factors arenaflex deems important.
