What You'll Be Doing

As a customer service and sales representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences that exceed our clients' expectations. You'll be trained to be a subject matter expert in your field, so you can be confident in providing the highest level of service possible. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting individuals in understanding their coverages and selecting the right products, services, and best solutions to meet their personal needs
• Providing full lifecycle customer service and sales, including accepting inbound calls and making outbound calls to provide follow-up
• Responding to customer inquiries with compassion and active listening and selecting the best solution in an efficient manner
• Identifying additional needs customers may have and helping them to upgrade products or services

• Ability to maintain and follow strict personal privacy for customer information

• Handy with MS Windows and other computer applications

Physical and Mental Demands

The physical and mental demands of this role include:

• Operating a computer, a phone, and other office machinery
• Driving to households; walking from car to household
• Thinking, learning, and concentrating effectively and frequently communicating with other people, both within arenaflex and outside of arenaflex
• Frequently moving about inside and travel between households
• Ability to handle the stress associated with meeting frequent, multiple, and tight deadlines
• Ability to work a varied schedule, including evening and weekend hours based on project needs
• Consistent demonstration of mental stability and ability to have regular, reliable, and predictable attendance
