Key Responsibilities
As an Independent Contractor with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing virtual customer service to our clients' customers. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting inbound and outbound customer service calls with customers

Essential Qualifications

- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
As an Independent Contractor with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for your own tax obligations and expenses. However, you'll have the opportunity to earn a competitive income based on your performance and the number of calls you complete. Our programs offer varying pay structures, including performance-based pay and incentives.
Application and Certification Process
To become an Independent Contractor with arenaflex, you'll need to:

- Pass a background and credit check (with a $45 processing fee paid directly to our vendor)
- Sign an Independent Contractor Agreement
