You will utilize advanced radar and communication systems to monitor flight paths, issue clearances, and coordinate with pilots and other air traffic control facilities. The ideal candidate possesses superior concentration, quick decision-making abilities, and a calm demeanor under pressure. A deep understanding of aviation regulations, meteorology, and air navigation principles is essential. Responsibilities include monitoring weather conditions, identifying potential hazards, and implementing traffic management initiatives to optimize airport capacity. The ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, is mandatory.
