Senior International Accountant

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Senior International Accountant to join our team. This role is integral to supporting our international tax reporting and compliance efforts, with a focus on global income tax provisions, foreign tax credits, and transfer pricing. This position offers an exciting opportunity to engage with both international and domestic tax matters, contributing to strategic tax planning in a fast-evolving public company environment post-merger.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation and review of international tax filings, including those related to foreign entities.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of international tax strategies and compliance processes.
• Manage and maintain transfer pricing documentation and related compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with global teams to ensure seamless tax integration and efficient tax practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Taxation; CPA designation is preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in international tax, with an interest in expanding into other tax areas.
• Experience in public accounting or corporate tax is advantageous.

Desirable Experience

• Familiarity with ERP systems and tax compliance software.
• Exposure to mergers and acquisitions integration and strategic tax planning.
• Background in digital media or advertising industries.
