In this role, you will play a crucial part in our overall strategy by developing and implementing pricing methodologies for our group financial solutions (GFS) business. Develop and implement pricing methodologies for our group financial solutions (GFS) business. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely pricing for GFS products and services. Conduct comprehensive analysis of market trends, competitive landscape, and client needs to inform pricing decisions. Utilize advanced mathematical and statistical techniques to assess risk and determine appropriate pricing strategies. Communicate complex pricing concepts and analyses to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. Monitor and evaluate the performance of existing pricing models, making adjustments as needed to ensure profitability and competitiveness. Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and changes in market conditions that may impact pricing strategies. Work closely with underwriting teams to assess risk and make recommendations for pricing adjustments. Participate in the development of new GFS products and services, providing actuarial expertise and insights. Mentor and train junior team members in actuarial principles and pricing methodologies. Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement process improvements to enhance pricing efficiency and accuracy. Represent the company at industry conferences and events, showcasing our expertise in pricing and risk management. Maintain a high level of professionalism and uphold the company's values and standards in all interactions. Continuously seek opportunities for professional development and stay informed on emerging trends and best practices in the field of actuarial science.
