Accounts Payable and Receivable Clerk
Must have demonstratable Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable experience to be considered for application. The Accounts Payable and Receivable Clerk performs assigned duties under the direction of Wasatch Rxs Controller. Primary areas of work responsibility include: Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Account Reconciliation. This position partners with several departments to support Wasatch Rxs overall business operations.
- Hybrid Remote Work Schedule: Following 90 days of employment, newly hired employees are eligible to work remotely Tuesday through Thursday. Required in office days are Monday and Fridays.
- Job Type: Full Time, 40 hours/week
- Full Time Schedule Options: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM 4:30 PM
- 2 Week Training Schedule: Monday to Friday 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM

- Hourly Compensation: $25 per hour Depending on Education and Experience
Responsibilities
- Accounts Receivable
- Review invoices for shipping accuracy
- Receive customer receipts (check, ACH, wire)
- Research and resolve unapplied payments
- Issue credit memos and refunds
- Process credit card transactions (as needed)
- Accounts Payable
- Reconcile and process vendor payments (pharmacy partnerships)
- Reconcile and process vendor payments (non-pharmacy)
- Respond to vendor inquiries, research and correct discrepancies
- Receive and code credit card expenses
- W9 vendor management
- Account Reconciliation
- Audit credit card expense reporting and record
- Audit UPS invoices for accuracy
- Review daily purchase order entry into ERP system
- Submit Fedex and UPS Claims
- Other Accounting Projects as Assigned
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- 2 4 years Accounts Receivable experience required
- 2 4 years Accounts Payable experience required
- Proficient in accounting software platforms (QuickBooks Online, SAP preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of accounting and finance principles/processes
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance and/or related field preferred
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical industry preferred
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit/stand for long periods of time with or without the use of a sit stand desk
- Ability to work at a computer station for extended periods of time
- Ability to answer phones with or without the use of a headset
- Ability to work on location out of the Sandy, UT Office
