This full-time, Monday through Friday role offers a dynamic environment across multiple school sites, with a typical 40-hour workweek during the 2026-2027 academic year (August 6, 2026 to May 27, 2027). You’ll collaborate closely with school teams, assessing, planning, and implementing therapeutic interventions tailored to each student’s unique needs. The ideal candidate will bring:
- A Master’s degree from an ACOTE-accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Valid Arizona Occupational Therapist licensure
- Current IVP fingerprint clearance card (or ability to secure before start date)
- Strong understanding of pediatric therapy within school settings
- Ability to effectively manage a diverse caseload spanning early childhood to high school
- Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills
Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting assessments to identify students’ OT needs
- Developing and executing individualized treatment plans in collaboration with educators and families
- Supporting student participation and achievement in classroom and school activities
- Documenting progress and maintaining compliance with state/school district standards
- Serving as a resource and advocate for best practices in OT
