We provide credentialing, scheduling, and administrative support so clinicians can focus on patient care and professional growth. Position Overview We are actively hiring Associate Therapists in Tennessee for fully remote opportunities under a 1099 model. This role is ideal for clinicians working toward full licensure who are seeking flexibility, supervision support, and consistent patient flow.

Compensation

Models1. Pay-Per-Visit ModelAssociate Therapists

• Intake / Psychotherapy Evaluation (60 min): $50
• Established Patient Psychotherapy (40 min): $40
• Established Patient Psychotherapy (20 min): $30
• Family/Couples Therapy (60 min): $50

2. Reimbursement Model

• 60/40 Split
• Therapist receives 60% of collected reimbursement
• Monthly payouts via direct deposit

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy sessions via telehealth
• Complete intake assessments and treatment planning
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation
• Collaborate with supervising clinicians and leadership
• Adhere to clinical and compliance standards

Qualifications

• Active Tennessee associate-level license required:
• LPC-MHSP Temporary
• Associate-level counseling license equivalent
• Working toward independent licensure
• Comfortable providing telehealth services
• Strong communication and documentation skills
