LCSW Private Practice Therapist - ADHD/Anxiety/ Autism ++

Job Overview We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join a growing private practice focused on working with high-functioning adolescents, college students, and adults navigating ADHD, anxiety, executive functioning challenges, and life transitions. This is an ideal role for a clinician who enjoys working with motivated, insight-oriented clients and wants flexibility, autonomy, and support in building a sustainable caseload. The practice provides referrals, marketing support, and optional supervision, while allowing clinicians to maintain independence in their work. This is a great opportunity to grow within a collaborative, modern private practice model that integrates therapy, coaching, and skill-based work. What You’ll Do

• Provide individual psychotherapy to adolescents and/or adults (virtual)
• Support clients with ADHD, executive functioning, anxiety, and relationship challenges
• Integrate practical, skills-based work (organization, time management, follow-through) into therapy
• Maintain clear, concise documentation (kept intentionally simple)
• Manage your own schedule and caseload

Requirements

• Active LCSW license (full licensure required)
• Experience working with ADHD, anxiety, and/or executive functioning challenges
• Strong interpersonal and relational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
• Interest in skills-based, practical, and collaborative therapeutic work
• Willing to build caseload at a minimum of 5 clients per week.

Preferred (but not required)

• Experience with autism spectrum presentations
• Background in teaching, coaching, or working with students
• Experience working with high-achieving or performance-oriented clients
