Job Title: Licensed Social Worker (LSW/LMSW) Location: Catonsville, MD (Hybrid/Online/Remote/In Person) Pay Rate: $40/hour Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Social Worker (LSW/LMSW) to provide therapy to clients in the Baltimore and DMV area. The role focuses on supporting individuals with low-acuity mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, and ADHD. This position offers a flexible, online work option while serving the local community. Key Responsibilities: Provide individual and group therapy sessions to clients with low-acuity mental health conditions (e.g., anxiety, depression, ADHD). Utilize therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, or other evidence-based modalities. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized treatment plans. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with state regulations. Participate in case reviews, team meetings, and ongoing clinical education. Engage in continuous professional development through supervision and training. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Social Work; Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution preferred. Licensed Social Worker (LSW/LMSW) in the state of Maryland. Experience working with clients dealing with anxiety, depression, ADHD, or related conditions. Strong commitment to serving the Baltimore/DMV population.
