Delta Controls Programmer – Remote Flexibility (Florida Based) About the Opportunity A large and fast-growing HVAC & Building Automation services provider is seeking skilled Delta Controls Programmers to support projects across Florida. This role offers remote-work flexibility, with travel to client sites for programming, commissioning, and troubleshooting Delta Controls systems. • Title: Delta Controls Programmer
• Location: Florida (Remote flexibility with statewide travel)
• Hiring: Mid & Senior Level Programmers
• Pay: $35.00 – $55.00/hour (based on experience)
• Relocation: Not required; must be Florida-based

Key Responsibilities

• Program, commission, and troubleshoot Delta Controls BAS (including ORCAview, enteliWEB, and enteliVIZ)
• Integrate BAS protocols such as BACnet, Modbus, and LonWorks
• Provide remote and on-site technical support for programming and system challenges
• Collaborate with field service and project teams to ensure successful installations
• Document programming work, updates, and system modifications

Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience as a BAS Programmer or Controls Engineer
• Hands-on programming expertise with Delta Controls
• Familiarity with BAS integration protocols (BACnet, Modbus, LonWorks)
• Strong troubleshooting and commissioning skills
• Effective communicator with ability to support both remote and on-site work
