Sr. ServiceNow FSO (SME Remote, Contract)
Job Type: Contract Location: Remote Job Overview: We are currently seeking a Senior ServiceNow FSO - Subject Matter Expert (SME) for a remote contract position with our client. This role will be responsible for designing, developing, and configuring ServiceNow Financial Services Operations (FSO) solutions while ensuring successful implementation, integration, and support. Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow solutions based on business requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow FSO-related issues.
- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation and integration.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and user manuals.
- Participate in the planning, design, and implementation of ServiceNow upgrades and enhancements.
- Implement ServiceNow best practices to optimize performance.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users and stakeholders.
- Support testing teams with validation of test cases and UAT.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Extensive experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
- Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and best practices.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Catalog, and CMDB.
- Experience with Hardware and Software Asset Management (HAM, SAM) modules.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including development and testing processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
