Our client, a nonprofit with the goal of advancing women in the workplace, is looking for a Demand Generation Associate to work with their team in a freelance to full time capacity starting as soon as identified. The Demand Generation Associate, you will be leading the execution and tracking the performance of email and lifecycle marketing programs. The Demand Generation Associate will be designing, building, and optimizing campaigns that engage prospects and customers, drive pipeline, and improve conversion across the funnel. The Demand Generation Associate will be working under the Senior Director of Marketing Growth and Performance. The Demand Generation Associate will be responsible for: - Planning, executing, and optimizing lifecycle and nurture programs to drive pipeline creation and progression - Defining audience segmentation, messaging, and timing based on funnel stage - Contributing insights to overall demand generation strategy - Supporting lifecycle and email initiatives for targeted, high-value accounts - Partnering with the Sales and Marketing teams to align on account strategy and outreach - Developing personalized messaging and track engagement and pipeline impact - Writing high-performing email copy that are aligned to campaign goals - Translating broader campaign messaging into effective lifecycle communications - Collaborating with the Brand and Creative teams to balance consistency with performance - Tracking KPIs tied to conversion and pipeline contribution - Running A/B tests across messaging, timing, and segmentation - Analyzing performance and applying insights to continuously improve programs - Partnering with Marketing Operations to build and deploy campaigns in HubSpot - Providing direction on segmentation, workflows, and program logic - Supporting QA and ensure accurate, on-time execution REQUIREMENTS: - 2+ years of experience in demand generation, lifecycle, or email marketing - Experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms - Strong understanding of emails role in lead generation and conversion - Experience supporting ABM programs - Excellent writing, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills - Data-driven mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
