Product Manager Trading Equity / Fiat

LATOKEN Digital Wallet is growing 35-100% per month on the multibillion money users worldwide market. We made financial account opening as easy as on Instagram. Yet, there are more people who need to manage money rather than photos. We will be bigger than the social wallet. You are welcome to join us as Product Manager who will help us launch new products, build and develop an equity trading platform for B2B/B2C customers, scalable to 1M traders worldwide for our trading platform. The main responsibilities would be product-market fit research, knowledge of product and client expectations, technical sync up with developers as well as understanding products from the client's points of view. Your mission Build and develop an Equity trading platform of international grade for B2С and B2B customers with short-term results of 5,000 traders with income per trader $60 p/a. Scalability of up to 1 mil. traders. Your Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Number of equity traders, Monthly trading volumes, Monthly trading fees. Your Responsibilities:

• Core product: Launch and facilitate Equity Trading to enable users to buy and sell equities of top companies with 1 min less.
• Growth traders: Grow the number of daily active traders and fees 30%+ MoM with high retention, co-marketing, partnerships and new channels, new partnerships with brokers.
• Product development: Propose and formulate business and technical requirements for new international grade products, like margin trading, tokenized stocks, commodities, ETF, FX, Options, Futures, Swaps. Prepare roadmaps for new product implementation and facilitate their execution. Activate: Maximize first session conversion into a trader with time-limited offers.

• Trading desk: Launch liquidity bots and market-making, hedging, trading strategies, and risk policy to enable high liquidity and preventing the execution of orders violating risk.
• Product Analytics: Leverage big data to spot client clusters and their problems across customer journey (eg. why traders leaving).
• Strategy: Develop a product strategy of an equity trading platform in accordance with customer needs analysis and marketing research.
• Team leadership: Develop, maintain high performance, train, and motivate the team. Teamwork: Be proactive in scrum meetings, tasks prioritization, demo, sprints setup, stand-ups, other business activities to achieve 120% of Unit goals.
• Vision: Work with engineers, stakeholders, and senior leadership to turn our product and technical vision into a tangible roadmap every sprint and quarter.
• Metrics & monitoring: Design, maintain, improve and monitor main metrics for overall system monitoring to detect problems before our clients will. Report on incidents.

Required skills:

• 5+ years of experience in capital markets with broker companies and financial institutions with wide equity trading product portfolios from top10 by volume ratings.
• Experience in new product implementations for B2С and B2B segments, including international equities trading, CFDs, futures, options, and other derivatives.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach to business.
• In-depth knowledge of customer development, data-driven decision management applied in practice.
• Strong work ethics take responsibility for results, transparent, problem-solving skills.
• Ability to demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving experience with many stakeholders.
• Analytical and systematic mindset.
• Ability to assemble and manage a team of champions.
• Experience in preparing and conducting A/B tests.
• Fluent English

• UX/UI or marketing experience.
• Can do SQL and Python to have analytics at your fingertips.
• Experience in analytical systems (Segment, Amplitude, Mixpanel, Firebase, or similar).
