• Stream 1: Your personal production (continue closing your own deals)
• Stream 2: Recruiting bonuses — up to $500 per full-time agent you bring in
• Stream 3: Broker Boost passive income — 5% x 3 tiers from your agent network

Recruiting Bonus Structure

• Full-time agent: $250 at signing + $250 after first closing = $500 total
• Part-time agent: $125 + $125 = $250 total
• Virtual agent: $100 + $100 = $200 total
• Performance bonus: $1,000/month when you recruit 10+ agents in a single month

What the Passive Income Can Look Like
