Job Summary This opportunity is for licensed Real Estate Brokers seeking a flexible independent contractor role in South Carolina. It is designed for professionals who prefer a performance-based structure and want access to tools, training, and collaboration across real estate-related functions.
Key Responsibilities
Real Estate Broker Duties:
- Assist clients with buying, selling, and negotiating real estate transactions
- Oversee and support real estate deals in accordance with local requirements
- Maintain communication with clients, agents, and transaction partners
- Use available tools and resources to support property-related activities
- Coordinate with supporting professionals during transactions
- Participate in training and team development sessions as needed
Work Environment:
- Remote and/or local flexibility

Compensation
This is a performance-based independent contractor role. Compensation may include:

Earnings vary depending on experience, production, and market conditions. Qualifications:
- Active South Carolina Real Estate Broker License (required)
