Head of Real Estate Operations & Investments Taltran Global has been exclusively engaged by a privately held Real Estate investment management, development, and brokerage firm led by a highly respected, industry-known owner and investor with a decades-long track record of building one of the most notable legacy property portfolios in the U.S., with significant holdings across Massachusetts, Florida, and Georgia. The firm is in an exciting stage of transition and evolution, actively repositioning its portfolio toward higher cash-flow markets in Southeastern Florida while optimizing a long-standing and highly successful real estate portfolio. With a lean but highly experienced structure and long-tenured external partners, this is a rare opportunity to step directly into a right-hand role to the owner and help shape the next phase of the business. What sets this opportunity apart is the ability to step into a highly visible, strategic leadership role with an entrepreneurial tycoon. You will work directly with the owner and key advisors while helping drive portfolio strategy, leasing execution, cash flow optimization, and investment decision-making across a complex multi-asset real estate portfolio. Responsibilities: This is a remote-first role with flexibility, though travel to portfolio locations in Florida, Massachusetts, and Georgia will be required periodically. You will oversee operations, investments, leasing, and asset performance across the full portfolio.

• Act as the

right hand to the Owner/President , supporting all strategic and operational decisions

• Oversee day-to-day

real estate operations across the full portfolio

• Drive

portfolio strategy and cash flow optimization (6–8% target yield)

• Lead execution of

1031 exchange strategy , transitioning assets

• Source, evaluate, structure, and execute

acquisitions, dispositions, and investment opportunities

• Oversee

leasing strategy, negotiations, and renewals across all asset types

• Manage

asset performance, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting (actual vs. budget)

• Lead or support

refinancing, recapitalizations, and lender relationships

• Oversee external partners including

brokers, attorneys, and property managers

• Improve operational systems, reporting, and internal infrastructure across a lean platform

What We’re Looking For:

• 10+ years of experience in real estate operations, asset management, accounting, investments, and development
• Strong experience in leasing, lease negotiations, and portfolio management
• Exposure to 1031 exchanges, acquisitions/dispositions, and capital structuring
• Strong financial acumen across cash flow, ROI, and asset-level decision-making
• Experience working directly with owners or senior leadership
• Ability to thrive in a lean, entrepreneurial, high-autonomy environment
