Senior Real Estate Sales Agent ($75/hr, up to $1,500/week)
Note: This is a flexible, part-time opportunity that is 5-20 hours per week at $75 per hour (up to $1.5k/week). It can be done remotely and can be done both alongside or instead of full-time employment. We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced real estate sales agents who can help train their latest language model on residential and commercial real estate sales tasks. We're looking for agents with 5+ years of high-volume transaction experience to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated work across core real estate sales workflows: property listings, comparative market analysis, buyer and seller advisory, offer negotiation, contract documentation, and client communication. Compensation: $75/hour Commitment: Flexible, up to 20 hours per week (up to $1.5k/week) Location: Fully remote, work on your own schedule Start date: April Qualifications:
- Licensed real estate agent with 5+ years and a strong transaction track record
- Deep expertise in market analysis, negotiation, and transaction documentation
- Excellent written communication and attention to detail
