About the position NorthKey Community Care is seeking a START Mental Health Counselor & Therapist (Sobriety Treatment and Recovery Team ) for its outpatient behavioral health office located in Covington, KY. The candidate MUST have a minimum of or be eligible for a non-independently licensed in KY. Perks & Pay Non-Independently Licensed Pay - salary is $60,000 Up to 12% annual bonus Hybrid schedule available 3 days in the office, 2 days from home. Eligibility for a Kentucky independent or non-independent license is required. Must have or be eligible for one of the following Kentucky licenses : LCSW, CSW, LPCC, LPCA, LMFT, MFT, LPAT, LPATA, LCADC, LCADCA, PhD, or PsyD. Experience in behavioral health is a plus, but not required May 2024 graduates are encouraged to apply. Funding is in whole or in part from federal, CHFS, or other state funds Job Duties Perform behavioral health assessments and develop comprehensive service plans for clients in collaboration with DCBS case workers and family mentors. Provide timely evaluation reports and/or treatment recommendations. Assist as needed with client intake processes for intensive outpatient treatment programming. Assist as needed with client treatment services. Be available for intakes and emergency client visits and provide clinical coverage as needed. Maintain communication and positive working relationships with program constituents. Maintain communication and positive working relationships with substance use treatment providers regarding their eligibility criteria, program structure, payment/coverage expectations, etc. Prepare reports and other documentation as required by the Team Leader, Chief of Services, Center, Funders, etc. Assist in the identification of needed resources and development of resources and advocate for these services when appropriate. Attend scheduled staff meetings, supervisions, training, conferences, and in-service training as expected. Responsibilities

Requirements
