Remote Counselor (Faith-based)

Faithful Therapy is seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to provide virtual individual therapy to our Christian patients. The candidate must have experience working with adult clients suffering from anxiety, depression, loneliness, life transition, medication/pain management, grief and loss, and end-of-life planning. Therapists will provide virtual individual therapy utilizing psychotherapy alongside evidence-based and Christian faith-based approaches, to improve outcomes and the lives of clients. Through thoughtful and individualized care, our therapists uplift patients with an evidence-based, God-filled approach to mental health. Who you are:

• Active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license
• Knowledge of Christian Faith in order to relate with patients and their strong beliefs and experience working with Christian clients
• Minimum two years of clinical experience, post-licensure conducting psychotherapy utilizing CBT, DBT and other solution-focused approach
• Possess Professional Liability Insurance/Malpractice Insurance or will need to purchase a policy prior to hiring. Maintain current liability insurance of at least $1,000,000 claim limit/ $3,000,000 aggregate
• Possess an active NPI
• Must be able to obtain a clean criminal record check
• Must be able to provide a minimum of 5 hours per week with the option for growth
• Existing credentialing with Medicare is preferred
• CAQH account already set up is preferred
