* You'll be part of the Corporate Affairs Team within the Government Affairs Division, working closely with a talented group of professionals who share your passion for customer service and government affairs.
- You'll have the opportunity to promote and sell air travel on arenaflex, helping to connect people and communities around the world.
- You'll work with a range of customers, from individuals to businesses, to provide personalized support and resolve issues in a mutually beneficial manner.
- You'll be responsible for preparing itineraries, computing fares, issuing refunds, and preparing and issuing tickets, all while providing exceptional customer service.
- You'll communicate with customers over the phone, researching passenger complaints, advising of cancelled or delayed flights, and communicating new rules, policies, and procedures that affect the customer.

Minimum Qualifications
+ Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience/training + Strong leadership, organizational, and customer contact skills + Ability to be resourceful and creative in problem resolution + High level of initiative, good judgment, and dependability + Satisfactory attendance required
Preferred Qualifications
+ Experience in customer service, sales, or a related field + Knowledge of Native SABRE or similar systems + Strong communication and interpersonal skills + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
